Design Strategist

I am a design evangelist, leading and managing the experiences of business-critical revenue-generating products. I have over 17 years of experience spanning across architecture, industrial design, and user experience design.

My expertise lies in building design teams, setting design culture, collaboration and best practices across an organisation.

My responsibilities involve facilitating collaboration, managing design vision & roadmaps, and mentoring designers. I collaborate with Senior Leadership, Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Service Stakeholders, etc. to create delightful and useful user experiences using in-depth knowledge of UX processes, design methodologies, and product life cycles while achieving the business goals.

I am passionate about transforming experiences with a user-centric and systemic approach. I have designed experiences across web, desktop, mobile, and embedded platforms for a vast spectrum of industries.

I am also the city leader for the LadiesthatUX meetup community and APAC director. Providing a platform for people to connect and network is my hobby and passion.

Other interests are travel, food, and art.
