I always strive to keep user experience and empathy at the core of problem-solving. I have planned and conducted many workshops with users, internal and external stakeholders to bring alignment, uncover opportunities, and rediscover/redefine the problems to create the right solutions. I use various techniques such as empathy mapping, journey maps, business canvas mapping, POV, and insight statements to drive these discussions.
I have trained many designers and non-designers on how to adapt a user centric approach and incorporate design thinking in their work.
