I lead “LadiesthatUX” Bangalore meetup group and I am also regional director for the APAC region. My passion is to build a community and a platform for networking and meaningful dialogues extending on the objectives of the founding group. We are not a women-only group but we are trying to promote women leadership and women speakers through this platform.

We were able to manage to keep these events free for all even in the Pre-COVID era when the meetups were happening in person. Apart from bringing an amazing set of people together for dialogues around various different topics, this has given me opportunity to get better at stakeholder management by arranging venues, speakers, managing and marketing an event, securing deals, public speaking and etc.
